I kept my word

I'm so fired!!

Okay so everyone should just fire me from the blogging thing b/c really, it hasn't been since April!!! Where did the time go? Oh I know, taking care of babies!!! Animal babies. The season seems to be alittle slower than last year, and I put the blame on the weather. We had a few nasty weeks in June where a lot of the songbird nests failed. Babies we got in were bad shape!

So I will let you in on some of the photos I have taken over the past few months of the babies we have, I will need to get some from work. I have actually been doing a lot of my photography with the work camera b/c well we keep going, do we have pictures of this?? And the answer has been no, so this year I am trying to be very diligent on getting photos of all the different animal types on the work camera so Shona has many to chose from when it comes to writing her articles for the magazines!

Okay, so on with the show.

Well, I didn't thief any of the photos from work so I will start with what I have.

Okay, so non work stuff. I have spent some time hanging out on the island and doing something I haven't done in years and am wondering why I haven't. I went tidepooling in one of the historically lowest tides.

I got some pictures and then my batteries were dead, thank goodness our wolf hollow picture guru was with us and had her camera.

Here is a little urchin!!
